Changes:

  • Adds docs for largo_partial_by_post_type and largo_lmp_template_partial
  • Slightly better docs for largo_lmp_args
  • Formatting cleanup of hooksfilters.rst for readability
  • Adds the Hooks and Filters page to the developer docs index.

Why

For #1028, because these are important when adding custom partials.
