Pagination control of inner context doesn't work #764

In case of hierarchical contexts, if the inner context has 'paging' => true key, the pagination control doesn't work and it just shows one records.

Until close this issue, I'd like to prevent to use pagination for inner context. You should apply the pagination to top-level context.
