At the moment, the model for study-design-based creation assumes that the relationship between the treatments in a treatment sequence and the sample assay plans is implicit (e.g. if there are two treatments in a sequence and two sampling sizes in the sample assay plans, they are assigned respectively).
We need to document this and consider if it is necessary to have a different class representing the matching between treatments in a sequence and their corresponding SampleAssayPlans objects.
