Links to some of the large cohort MR studies.
- https://www.humanconnectome.org/ - Human Connectome Project - Includes 'HCP Young Adult' (1200 subjects), 'HCP Aging' (1200 subjects Age 36-100+), 'HCP Development' (1350 subjects, Age 5-21), 'Lifespan Baby Connectome' (500 subjects, Age 0-5) and 'Lifespan Developing Human Connectome' (1500 subjects, 20-44 weeks post-conception). Not all studies complete yet.
- https://www.ukbiobank.ac.uk/ - UK Biobank - So far includes 5000 subjects scanned with MRI.
- https://nako.de/informationen-auf-englisch/ - German National Cohort - Will include 30,000 MRI scans.
- https://www.oasis-brains.org/ - OASIS Brains project - Includes: OASIS-1: Cross-sectional MRI Data in Young, Middle Aged, Nondemented and Demented Older Adults (416 subjects), OASIS-2: Longitudinal MRI Data in Nondemented and Demented Older Adults (150 subjects), OASIS-3: Longitudinal Neuroimaging, Clinical, and Cognitive Dataset for Normal Aging and Alzheimer’s Disease (1098 subjects)
