OpenSuperClone is an advanced disk cloning and data recovery utility based on Scott Dwyer's HDDSuperClone. It's main function is to create sector-by-sector clones or images of disks. It uses a multi-phase approach to achieve the best possible results on damaged or unstable media. It logs each step of the recovery and can be stopped and resumed at any time. It features a special mode for targeted data extraction with the recovery being presented as a generic block device to the operating system.
