General questions related to the project.
The goal of the project is to develop a program that can help incentivize people to walk and use their bicycles in the winter, thus reducing car usage in cities.
The goal of our project is to produce an API that connects production data and weather data with a road network, exporting a segmented road network with the relevant data.
