[IN] a simple application to check the version of the file on the web and download as I didn't find anything with open source I made a 💘

- Check the version in the xml file on the server
- Notify the launcher
- Download the version only on the Http server
- Extract the update
- Delete the update file
- Taskbar icon
- Choose where the game will be installed.
