Add the ability to upload an existing application to AppManager

Right now uploading the AppManager kicks off a new build and uploads the result to AppManager. It will be nice to have the ability to upload an existing app. It will save time and resources.

We have added this enhancement to the integration between AppBuilder CLI and AppManager to our product backlog and it should be publicly available early next year.

This feature is still in our to-do list :) Unfortunately I cannot give you a timeframe when we'll be able to include it as we are working on some other higher priority tasks :)
