arm64: allwinner: h5: add support for Orange Pi Zero Plus

Orange Pi Zero Plus is a SBC based on Allwinner H5 SoC, with a MicroUSB
port used for powering and OTG, a USB Type-A port, 10/100/1000Mbps
Ethernet port,  a RTL8189FTV SDIO Wi-Fi chip onboard, RPi-like GPIO
header and expansion header compatible with the original Orange Pi Zero.

Add a device tree for it.
