Display TimePeriod in detail view

Imho the TimePeriod should be displayed in the Host- and Service-detail view.

I'd suggest to put it next to the interval, since there's in enough space even for longer time period terms.

I'm not quite sure if this is sufficient or even the proper place. At least that's not intuitive to me. There's also the needed functionality that, if the current time is outside the timeperiod, the progress bar is disabled somehow. So in that regard, we probably should think of an entirely different way of showing the timeperiod.

As discussed with @nilmerg, we focus on the minimum for now and show the name of the time period (if given) in check statistics.
