At present it is slightly difficult to distinguish between different line types,
as they are all represented with the same decoration colour,
Some can be told apart like the hidden line, but that is the extent of it,
0.18mm Magenta
0.25mm White
0.35mm Yellow
0.50mm Red/Brown
0.70mm Cyan/Blue
1.00mm Green
And then allowing custom colours for custom lines
Ideally everything is done in 3D and this is unnecessary in the end however,
When working with large, heavily detailed projects the line decorations become very difficult to use
The second part requesting some kind of variable thickness for the decoration colours to match a ratio of thickness from the above colours.
These are a nice to have, so not essential as it all works, but it would certainly make the 2D portions more user friendly

The first part is to have an option for line types to have unique decoration colours, maybe an ISO set of visible colours
Perhaps like this ISO/DIN setup for the colours:
