Changed boundary crop not reflected on sheet

This might already be reported, but if you place a drawing on a sheet, and later change the boundary crop w/ BIMCameraProperties, and then rerun the drawing, the new boundary is not updated on the sheet.

I have also noticed that if you change the scale of a drawing, the drawing title remains in the original position on the sheet and doesn't recalculate to take into account the new scale.
