Currently it's possible to find out which version of WPEBackend-fdo is being used at build time with the WPE_FDO_{MAJOR,MINOR,MICRO}_VERSION macros, but there is no equivalent to obtain the version at runtime.
I think we should have wpe_fdo_get_{major,minor,micro}_version() functions as well.
