Description

igTimePicker with JSON date format ("\/Date(704678400000)\/") does not display the value

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run the attached sample and inspect the igTimePicker's value, which is not in igGrid
    --
    In igGrid:
  2. Click inside the first row to start editing the time.

Result

  1. The value in the igTimePicker is not shown.

  2. The value in the igTimePicker inside igGrid is not shown.

Expected result

  1. The value of the igTimePicker should be "3:00 AM".

  2. The value of the igTimePicker inside igGrid should be "3:00 AM".
