A simple web application that recommends books for users depending on their habits in reading, their preferences, as well as popularity of books. The internal recommendation engine is based on a combination of collaborative filtering and content based recommendation.
The backend of the application have been developped using Node.JS and Express, and the database is mangoDB. Make sure to have them installed before usage.
The backend is composed of microservices developped using seneca.js, please run the following command to have all dependancies installed (you would first need to have npm and node.js installed) :
npm install
