Add missing rocks to housing

Some purely decorative (1196, 1197) and some that used to belong to mining(1245, ...) were not added to housing and should be for decorative purposes.

These were originally not added as most of these rocks were in use by mining in the past, and the housing item list was created long before the mining rework even began and thus these were overlooked in housing later on.

Steps to resolve this issue:
Identify which stones are lacking from the housing item list, and are not part of mining (two still are, for depleted and non-depleted stone nodes).
Add these stones to the housing item list.

This change made the total products for mining exceed 255, the limit of our crafting dialogue window.
As such I've had to give it the carpentry treatment of separate catalogues for regular and estate housing.
