Unicode path caused "No such file or directory" error while converting mp4 to Gif #5182

ImageMagick version

7.1.0-33

Description

Each unicode character in path will be rewrite to "_". And then caused a "No such file or directory" output.

I was developing on MacOS. This problem was also found on my Linux server.

Thanks for the problem report. We can reproduce it and will have a patch to fix it in the GIT main branch @ https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick later today. The patch will be available in the beta releases of ImageMagick @ https://imagemagick.org/download/beta/ by sometime tomorrow.
