Chat V4.0
Here you can download the Chat V4.0 installer. The installer walks you through what to do.
For it to work with other people it must be in a shared folder that everyone has access too.

- Colours in chat.bat

- Removing junk code
- Checks for info folder
- Makes info folder hidden (+S +H attributes)
- Swap encrypting for hashing
- Comments to make code more readable
- Disabled /debug cause it probably won't work anymore
- Lots of small changes and fixes
