When selecting globalLGR as transcription method, the pdegree passed to settings is set as "nodes", instead of the "npsegment" variable required (at least I think it should be npsegment).

Additionally, is there a functional difference between using globalLGR vs hpLGR with a single segment, or are these redundant?
