This release include a lot of improvements including:

  • Fully refactored using xarray, making the code easier to understand - and faster.
  • Uses NetCDF as the new format to save the StrainMap data. Old h5 files can still be read.
  • Implements an AI created with Tensorflow - Keras to do the segmentation.

On the negative side, the strain calculation has been dropped, for now, as well as the atlas.
