Setting on /extensions/multiplug.ext.hermes/lane/setup/ 'Check Alive Response' can not be enabled. in 1.0.14

Bug was introduced for the work of #49 for unknown reason. Most likely when breaking out the Interface IDs for each Up/Downline component.

While this can be now enabled at Runtime, the setting is not stored/applied after system shutdown and so has Failed user testing.

Post-Mortem: Testing should always cover system restarts.

This will be resolved in 1.0.16
