Keys and Certificates

Each OPTIGA™ Trust M security chip is populated with individual X.509 certificate with a corresponding private key (RSA or ECC based). The certificate has a following form:

Important notice: Samples and all Security Shield2Gos which are signed by these two CAs (M1, M3) should be additionaly configured before using them in real products; i.e. locking (advancing the Lifecylce State to operational) the certificate object (0xe0e0) and the private key object (0xe0f1).
