How to Restore Your Save Data After Crashing
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet keep a secret backup save, even if autosave is turned off -- here's how to access it.

Shut down the game completely, (close software), then reopen
When you reach the Title Screen, press UP + X + B at the same time
If you did this correctly, you will now see a screen that shows the details of your backup save with the option “Load Backup Save File” shown in the bottom right.
Note: The backup save will overwrite the original save the next time you save the game.
