Test run on playground

The "real" scenario generation should be tested in the not-so-far future.

Therefore, we would have to move the Rails App to the playground, run it and replace the scenario generation method "Preto" with sth. that uses real data. We could test whether the process is running or not and get a feeling of the time needed to generate scenario data.

I finally managed to get the scenario generation working on my laptop! The necessary changes in the code are about to be committed.

Now we only have to test it yet another time on the playground.
