Search and evaluate publicly available widgets for Add Local data (shapefile, csv) tool #13

This functionality exists in the JS API, I can't remember seeing it in a WAB, might have to roll our own.

@torrin47 there currently two widgets from GeoNet that can add local shapefiles:
https://geonet.esri.com/message/540150#540150 - adds a local zipped shapefile to map
https://geonet.esri.com/docs/DOC-6907 - adds or removes a local zipped shapefile to map

I have not seen a tool for importing a csv file either. I think we would have to build that ourselves.

Hrm - it's part of the JS API code sample here:

Odd that nobody's made it into a widget.

It is, I bet we could use that example to create a widget.

Ok, I'm going to close this issue and open a new issue that says "develop this widget", referencing this issue and leave it unassigned for now.
