ffmpeg stalls when mp4 file exists

Hello,
as discussed on discord, if an mp4 file already exists and the downloader still downloads that video again, ffmpeg hangs because there is a hidden prompt if the existing video should be overwritten.

However, I have no idea why it wants to download a video again. Maybe there can be a better check?
