I am completely in favor of making the switch and dropping support for ITK 5.2 |

This works from Python. I am waiting for feedback from @thewtex about fixing OpenCL Python packages. |

I think we should remove the opencl packaging here and focus effort on https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKCLEsperanto. |

This compiles locally and works from Python.
