Planning to host this in AWS using ECS, S3 and RDS. Using Mongo Atlas would have cost more money since getting ECS to network to it was more trouble than it was worth without just opening up the database publically so switching to Postgres. This should get us to be able to use the AWS free tier for the first year and then there is a non-profit credit that we can apply for yearly as well.
