This PR is adding:

  1. New CMake flag BUILD_PCL_EXAMPLES enabling basic integration with PCL
  2. Very basic sample code for point-cloud processing from the camera using PCL
  3. Step-by-step documentation for getting started with PCL and RealSense

Main CMake had to be modified to resolve conflicts between ros-bag and pcl both depending on boost.
