Create mod: Speed/Stress meter integration

Describe your idea

Ability to get values from Speed-o-meter and Stress-o-meter with code, without using comparators, thus limiting us to 16 step resolution. something like:
getMaxStress() getCurStress() getMaxSpeed() getCurSpeed()

Describe alternatives you've considered if you've any

• Using comparators - Low (0-15) resolution
• Rotational speed controler and getTargetSpeed() - I need to get current speed of a system, not what it was set to
