This means that shelleyBasedEraConstraints gives you all the constraints that cardanoEraConstraints gives so you don't have to call both functions.

Likewise:

• shelleyToBabbageEraConstraints gives you all the constraints of both shelleyBasedEraConstraints and cardanoEraConstraints.

• conwayEraOnwardsConstraints gives you all the constraints of both shelleyBasedEraConstraints and cardanoEraConstraints.
