Chore: formatting

I plan to add more tests to the Plugin.Basic.Spec module,
and before doing it I want to refactor the module such that:

• HLint warnings are either addressed or suppressed.
• Lines exceeding 120 chars width are wrapped and are made more readable.
• No logic/behavior is affected;
