In order how to design the operations to the contact database, it is useful to have a look at the change that we need to deal with over time.
Hypothesis: About one change per day on Germany.
Using the methods in https://github.com/Intevation/intelmq/blob/certbund-contact/intelmq/bots/experts/certbund_contact/README-ripe-import.md for the example country DE, I've gathered some initial stats about relevant changes in the database:
