WiiU - .BIN to .MP4 converter

Simple tool to convert your compiled or existing code532/540/550/551.bin files into an easily web launchable .MP4 version.
Allows for larger input files than the PHP generated method, Up to 29832 bytes instead of 20480. (though yellow8 said the limit was 16384 bytes on his release)

Simply launch the executable for GUI functionality.
Also supports command line functionality for scripted workflow. Simply use it like you would any other command line tool and it won't bring up the GUI.

Command Line usage:

bin2mp4.exe [target system version] [input file] optional:[output directory and/or filename]
