Aging

Over time, parts on your ship will age and become less reliable as their age increases.
There are two ways a part can age:
-
with time: naturally, just by being in use a part is aging. Some parts will age continously (e.g, tanks, that are always in use when they are full), while others will only age when you are using them (e.g, engines, that age only when they are being fired).
-
With heat: in the real world, high temperatures can ruin materials over time. This effect is simulated in the mod: as the temperature of a part rises, it will age faster. The temperature affects every part, even when they are not being used.
