Tired From Resetting Passwords?

Tired Of Resetting Passwords? The users didn't see the pop out made from group policy? I have invented an option to get a pop out, that the user will have to see and click OK to close it! You are more than welcomed to say your opinion, suggest ways to improve, share and use it :). My first script :).
