Remove the old hardcoded drupal username and password and instead rely
on the JWT token passed in the message to provide drupal authentication.

@dannylamb shall I cut a new release of Alpaca once all the Islandora/documentation#520 is merged?

@ruebot sounds good.

We should probably figure out how to publish SNAPSHOTs to maven. It'll help a lot in these early stages when we're constantly making changes.

@acoburn do you have suggestions for setting up SNAPSHOTS for gradle? Or, is it even needed?
