Some Ozi plt files are failing to be converted by GPSBabel

What I expect to happen

Ozi files from groopy should be converted to gpx

What really happened

Conversion fails

What I did that caused the issue - step by step

open the following file:
https://israelhiking.osm.org.il/#!/?url=http://www.groopy.co.il/files/maslul/1269gps.plt

Thing I think the developers should know, images, links etc.

Need to check if this is a GPSBabel flag that is missing...

I have opened a request for GPSBabel to see if they can help out:
GPSBabel/gpsbabel#158
This is due to unsupported GRS 80 datum that the file holds.

According to GPSBabel's team this is an invalid file.
@valleyofdawn, feel free to contact Groopy and let them know they have Ozi files that are not valid...
