samples/data/detect_blob.png was corrupt. Copied again from data/ (earlier commit).

File was moved in #4146 , commit 2f8ef61, but became unreadable.

I have copied the file again, it works for me now.

The corrupted file caused the error:

cpp-example-detect_blob.exe
Image ../data/detect_blob.png is empty or cannot be found

But some notes:

• master is not valid name for patch.
• also this commit contains binary data replacement instead of moving the original file (git doesn't track file move between multiple commits). Need to use older commit as a base. Also merge with current master required, it is a little complicated, so I will create a separate PR with required changes.
