I haven't seen any languages for this app yet, so how about we translate some parts? The best tool for this would be Weblate:

https://hosted.weblate.org/

I can help with German translation, if the project is on Weblate.

We translate the app inside the source code via strings.xml. It's translated in a lot of languages already, iirc DE too. Clone in Android Studio find strings.xml

Thanks for the fast reply! But how do you change the language in the app then?

It mirrors your device language. Change app language setting might be implemented only in the GitHub apk

My device language is set to German and I looked at my device settings for specific app language. You can only select some other languages, but not GermanScreenshot_20240521-122102.png
