jdlib/miscutil.h の`MISC::get_ucs2mode()`のかわりに jdlib/misccharcode.h にUnicodeコードポイントの大まかな種類を返す関数を 追加する。さらに`MISC::get_ucs2mode()`を呼び出している箇所を更新する。 Co-authored-by: JD Project <jd.project@acc574344b8506f1335297eaa7f74be0f7ea992b>
