GTK 3.24.6 未満のバージョンではメニューのスクロールが出来なくなることが あるため条件コンパイルで以前の実装へ差し戻します。 Debian busterのGTK3のバージョンが3.24.5で影響を受けていました。 原因となった修正 * 8d8b246 * 81bfe64 関連のissue(GNOME) https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/1651
