서버 최대 접속 가능 인원수를 변경하고 싶은데 어디서 변경해야 할까요?

Const.js에 kkutu_max 부분과
in_portal.js에 변수 LIMIT를 수정하심 될듯합니다

@minesna 수정 하였지만 그대로네요..더 수정해야 할게 있는듯 합니다..

server-setup.bat 실행 (순서대로 )하셨나요
