Hard coding paths

There are hard coded paths hanging around that could be replaced with config definitions. Some of these paths have been newly introduced during refinements of the code and the culprits largely sit withing EN4_postprocessing.

This is somewhat a duplicate of #5, but I wanted to raise a new issue as a nudge deal with additional variables since #5.
