At present this is something to be aware of, not to be fixed, as it appears to be a bug in JDK 9. I will update this once I find or generate an issue with the JDK developers.

It appears that the removal of the com.apple.eawt package is deliberate in JDK 9, so our dependencies on this package need to be fixed before JDK 9 is released.
