I model the CB&Q/BN, so I've got a few roster entries that just have a roadname and a number. For example, my switcher is CB&Q #9302. This works just fine on JMRI's desktop throttle, and on the WiThrottle/Engine Driver app. Unfortunately the JMRI WebThrottle doesn't like the & symbol; it seems to think the roster entry name ends at the & and thus throws an error that such-and-such locomotive doesn't exist.

Perhaps Webserver needs to convert between <&> character and the html <&amp> encoding?
