A chrome extension for twitch that allows users to view and customise chat as an overlay while watching livestreams or VODs.
Movable, resizable, transparent chat box overlay:
- Toggle overlay on and off in any sized video player
- Play twitch clips posted in chat over the video player
- Change background and text opacity
- Change chat message font size and styling
- Light/Dark themes
- Toggle chat badges on/off
- Move and resize
- Settings are saved
- Clone/download the repository locally
- Navigate to chrome://extensions/ in your browser
- Toggle Developer Mode
- Click
Load Unpackedand navigate to the cloned repository - Toggle the unpacked extension on
Open a twitch.tv stream and click the overlay icon bottom right of the video player. Hover the overlay to change settings, move, and resize.
When twitch clips are posted in chat click the play button to the right of the message to play the clip over the video player.
