LCD class for Arduino-type devices.
Works with NewHaven displays, eg, NHD-C0216CZ-FSW-FBW-3V3, in use at the JQI.
LCD Controller: ST7032 (SPI interface, plus RS, RST signals).
As far as I know, the standard LiquidCrystal library does not cover this.
