Rework of the entire plugin with the following features:

• Crosshair always indicates the flight path.
• Head position is now compensated for.
• There are now three angle bars for vertical guidance, which can be reconfigured in settings.cfg. They are either visible below a certain air speed or when the landing lights are on.
• The crosshair (and angle bars) can be restricted to interior views only.
• Thickened the crosshair a bit for improved visibility.
• The Blender source file for the crosshair is now included.

Expand the "Assets" node, then pick your preferred file format to download for the attached "Source Code" archive (which contains the working plugin).
When the download has finished, unzip the archive and read the included Readme.md file (can be opened in a web browser) for installation and usage instructions.

Initial upload, featuring the original crosshair behavior with two modes (angle mode and flight path mode).
