In UCM drawing, when name a Responsibility with a existed name, a warning message will pop up to inform the user to change the name.
But when name the Responsibility with null, the warning message will still pop up to inform the user the name has been already used.
A proper warning for blank naming should be set here instead of the same one.
Please refer to the attached screen-shot for the details.
